What do The New Homes Company do?
The New Homes Company is a new concept in property marketing based in Truro.
Headed up by sales director Andy Parsons - who has a total of 20 years’ experience in property sales - and land consultant John Archer, who has worked for various estate agents in Cornwall for over 30 years. In 2003 he was judged Bradford & Bingley’s New Homes Sales Manager of the Year at national level.
“The New Homes Company is a hand-picked team of experienced property sales and marketing professionals,” said Mr Parsons. “We provide a unique and innovative approach to the marketing of premium quality new property from a specially chosen group of developer clients - a Rolls Royce personalised service the like of which has hitherto not been available. “Until now, our clients have been represented by larger organisations, serving far more companies and thus by definition unable to provide the sort of expert tailored service that is our trade mark.”

What is NHBC?
The National House Building Council is a regulatory body for the new homes industry. Properties with the "buildmark" are checked at various stages of build to ensure all work is up to standard. You will receive an information pack giving you some useful details about how to look after your new home and what to do if things go wrong. The NHBC buildmark offers a 10-year warranty on the structure of your new home. (Please note, some properties may be covered via equivalent warranties).
