This scheme provided exclusively by Lowena Homes Ltd is intended to close the gap between your savings and the optimum deposit sought by the lenders that will get you the more attractive interest rates.

Whatever deposit you can find from your own resources then Lowena Homes Ltd are prepared to offer you double the amount up to £10,000 as a secured loan for up to five years without any repayments for the period of the loan. The loan would only attract interest from the 3rd year. The interest is calculated at very favourable rates as set out in the table below. No repayment of either the loan or the interest will be required for the five year period unless you chose to or you sell your flat.

The table below shows exactly how much is owing at any stage of the loan. Do not forget Lowena Homes Ltd pay all your legal costs so there will be no hole made in your savings.

At the end of the five year period, if you still own your flat, it can be reasonably expected that your property investment will have appreciated in value and that with normal inflationary effects your household income will also have grown so that your regular mortgage review can be used to arrange a refinance of the outstanding balance.
