Organising the searches and survey on a new property and dealing with solicitors, which are an essential part of any home-buying process, can cause delays and disappointments.
In order to streamline the whole business of buying a Lowena Home, and to take the worry and stress out of your hands, we have come up with our SAS package. Lowena Homes will meet all of your legal costs, including searches, provided you use one of our nominated solicitors for the purchase of your property. This is fast and efficient as much of it can be conducted in advance. However, purchasers are free to instruct their own solicitors if they wish but, in such circumstances, they will of course have to meet the cost of their own legal fees.
